This course introduces Design Thinking, a set of techniques and processes for solving problems. In this course, students will develop the skills and dispositions they need to be a great design thinkers, including empathy, open-mindedness, and resilience to failure.
They will learn about the following key design thinking concepts:
- ideation
- failing fast
- prototyping
- user testing and evaluation
- iteration
