Share your Digital Technologies expertise with us on stage!

Speak on stage with us, and make a huge difference to the understanding of Digital Technologies pedagogy

Grok Academy is looking to showcase how passionate, engaging, and expert teachers just like you are teaching Digital Technologies in your classroom.

If you're keen to share your tips, tricks, and pedagogical strategies with us on stage, here's what you need to do:

Send us a 2-minute presentation or demonstration of how you're teaching Digital Technologies in your classroom using this form. We'd love to see how you are...

  • Engaging students in STEM projects and learning (particularly addressing the “T”)
  • Using physical computing in your teaching and assessment of Digital Technologies
  • Incorporating Digital Technologies across other curriculum areas
  • Giving students real world problems to solve using their Digital Technologies skills
  • Engaging students from First Nations Communities or diverse groups in Digital Technologies and Digital Literacy education

If you're selected, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Co-present a 30-45 minute presentation about the submitted project/activity at an Australian national education conference on behalf of and in collaboration with Grok Academy
  • Participate in a moderated panel discussion at the same Australian national education conference
  • Create a recorded version of the presentation to be included in Grok’s online professional learning offerings, freely accessible to all registered teachers on the Grok website

Conferences that you could attend

We're currently running submissions for NES Melbourne (14-15 June 2024) and NES Brisbane (2-3 August 2024) (you can choose your preferred conference through the form).
